exhausting (and expensive) but amazing weekend! that seems to be the theme of weekends in 2011. friday night i headed up to milwaukee with lindsay and staci to help john celebrate his 21st. quote of the night: "staci, you are like a koala with rabies. cute, but dangerous.." stephen said this after staci kept beating him at the boys' own game (BOOM--basically quarters + chandelier but a whole lot messier) saturday went to my cousin's baby shower (kind of made me want a baby a tiny bit...not good! everything was just so small and cute!) and then badfish at the house of blues with matt, jenny, brad and paul. got a sweet shirt (thanks matt!), was standing at the very front by the end of the show, and met the band after! so awesome.
also, saturday night i discovered shot glasses in my purse and i was like wtf and then i remembered i stole them from the bar in milwaukee. it was such an exciting discovery! matt is running out of cabinet space from all the stolen bar glassware though, so maybe i should stop being a klepto for a little while.
edited to add: went to wildfire for a date with my mom and lindsay and her mom. bill was originally 80...discounted to 30. love it. and then saw a play at the marriott with my mom.
i didn't know you stole shot glasses! i feel like this scenario has happened many times before, and sometimes it even involves shot glasses being found in my purse the next day
