of COURSE i would run out of gas in schaumburg, 0.8 miles away from a gas station, pulled over on an exit ramp, when i am rushing home from work to pack and catch a flight to ny. (obviously, i missed my flight and had to catch one 3 hours later)
and of COURSE i would get a flat tire yesterday, when i am supposed to take a road trip to indy this weekend where i am driving 4 other people.
WHYYYYYYYYYYYyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy do these things always happen to me?
